 Registration Process & Fees

 

THIS YEAR’S TOURNAMENT WILL BE CAPPED OFF AT 12 TEAMS!  So we will have limited spaces available and therefore we suggest you immediately send in your entry form and registration fee. 

  • Step 1- Complete the Registration Form and send a copy to the tournament organizer by email or fax by January 15th, 2010.

 

  • Step 2-  Please kindly make payment for the entry fee by Credit Card ( pay online at www.jogsports.com ) or make a bank transfer by January 15th, 2010.  To make a bank transfer please request information from the tournament organizer.

 

  • Step 3-  Please make sure to send all roster forms and team profiles to the tournament organizer by  February 15th , 2010.

 

  TEAM ENTRY FEE

 

     $1600 USD ( Individual $150 USD)

   

 

—Player Passes for discounts at pubs etc.
—Complimentary coffee and pastries  in the morning
—Free bottled water during the games
—Saturday Night Bash- Free food and free flow of beer for two hours
 

TOURNAMENT FEES DUE    JANUARY 15TH, 2010
