Registration & Fees

Registration Information & Payment THIS YEAR’S TOURNAMENT WILL BE CAPPED OFF AT 24 TEAMS! So we will have limited spaces available in each division and therefore we suggest you immediately send in your entry form and registration fee.

Step 1- Complete the Registration Form online or send a copy to the tournament organizer by September 1st, 2010.

Step 2- Please kindly make payment for the entry fee by Credit Card ( pay online at www.jogsports.com ) or make a bank transfer by September 1st, 2010. To make a bank transfer please request information from the tournament organizer.

Step 3- Please make sure to send all roster forms and team profiles to the tournament organizer by October 1st, 2010.
